Summarize your assigned pages, minimum of five sentences/bullet points.
Identify key speakers or people with opinions regarding Toowoomba's water problems and how to solve them.
State the person's name and title.
Summarize their opinion/argument in your own words.
Find a quote that shows the person's opinion in the book, cite the page #
Identify the persuasive rhetoric used, ethos pathos or logos, and explain.
